CRM manager need to handle close and good communication with local and overseas customer and slao keep work close with other employee to help to build up a larger customer database.
CRM need to oversee and manage all consumer focused efforts including development of consumer database, work with regional analytics team on analyzing the database to plan a better idea to help company to keep the current customer and also find more new customer.
CRM need to work close with other employee. He/she has to monitor and lead the employee to develop and execute consumer contact strategy and to ensure most efficient capyure and intration of online / offline consumer information.

CRM may also need to find information from their company's customer online database, which it will show all the customer name, background ans state. It helps to have to conatct withclient more effectively.
Aside from what you've mentioned, the CRM manager must also oversee the collection of data from consumers. He/she can make decisions as to what data will be collected, and which touchpoints this data will come from (e.g. online, face-to-face, phone, fax). After analyzing the data, he/she will then develop CRM strategies based on the results of the analysis.
